Throughout years of change in Romania, Lidia has always retained the confidence of many governments and she is often asked to recommend policies and practices to protect the rights of children, biological parents and adoptive parents. Lidia is one of the four authors of the specialty book entitled   "Protection of Children in Difficulty" published in Iasi, Romania in 1998 with the approval of the Romanian authorities. Lidia is sociable and energized by contact with people. She is a sensitive person who pays attention to details, thinks practically and values facts and actual experience. She is modest, but we want to tell you that she is a former Miss Romania and was very involved in the high fashion industry in the United States before deciding to dedicate her time and energy to all children in need. She likes to say that " beauty comes from inside, just like an ocean tide".
